Services

Capital from people who have already said yes to work like yours.

We introduce projects and businesses to private investors, family offices and funding partners we know — a shortlist of two or three, each one already interested.

Overview

Most fundraising starts with a list: hundreds of names, a deck sent to all of them, and a long silence. We work the other way round. Before your name reaches anyone, we have spoken to the people we have in mind, described the opportunity without identifying you, and confirmed it is the kind of thing they back.

What you receive is short — usually two or three introductions — and every one is to someone who wants to have the conversation. Our range is roughly £100k to £1m, across real estate, trade and commodities, and fashion and consumer businesses.

What is included

What you get.

A confidential first assessment

We look at the requirement, the timeline and what you have prepared, and tell you honestly whether our network fits.

A curated shortlist

Two or three named investors or funding partners, matched on sector, cheque size and how they like to work.

Consent on both sides

Nothing about you is shared until you have seen who we propose and agreed. They agree too, before you meet.

Follow-through to a decision

We keep both sides moving and answer questions about fit, then step back once terms are being agreed.

Who it is for

Built for people like you.

Property developers

Raising equity or development capital for a consented scheme, or a partner for the next one.

Growing businesses

Operating companies with revenue and a plan, looking for capital that understands the category.

Advisers with a client need

Accountants and solicitors whose client needs a connection beyond their own panel.

How it works

From first call to decision.

  1. Conversation

A confidential call about what you need, the number, and the timing.

  2. Shortlist

We approach the people we have in mind, without naming you, and confirm their interest.

  3. Introduction

With your agreement, a direct introduction to each, with context for both sides.

  4. Decision

The parties talk, assess and decide independently. We are on hand, not in the way.
