Private Capital · Strategic Connections · Global Opportunities
We facilitate strategic introductions across Real Estate, Trade & Commodities, and Fashion — connecting businesses with relevant investors, partners and commercial relationships across the UK, UAE and international markets.
What We Connect
Every opportunity starts with a connection between capital, businesses and markets. We make that connection.
Connecting ambitious businesses and standout projects with the right private capital.
Connecting visionary entrepreneurs with the partners, investors and opportunities to turn ambition into growth.
Connecting businesses across the UK, UAE and beyond, opening doors to global opportunities.
Our role is simple. We identify relevant people and opportunities within our network and facilitate introductions. The parties decide independently whether and how they wish to proceed.
We provide a pure introduction service and do not provide financial, investment or legal advice. We do not hold client funds or make investment decisions on behalf of any party.

Where we work
About Astraessa
We are an introductions business, and nothing more complicated than that. We spend our time building and maintaining relationships across Real Estate, Trade & Commodities and Fashion & Consumer, in the UK and the UAE — so that when someone needs a connection, we already know whether we have it.
That is a slower way to work than running a database, and it is the only way the introduction is worth anything. A name we have not spoken to is not a contact; it is a guess with a phone number attached.
We are a relationship and introductions business.
Sectors
Three focused sectors, backed by a private capital network. In each, we introduce businesses to the capital, partners and markets that move them forward.

Connecting property businesses with private capital and strategic partners.

Connecting established trading opportunities with the right commercial relationships.

Connecting ambitious brands with capital, partners and markets.

Working alongside established professional investment and fund-management relationships.
Who We Work With
Four kinds of client, one way of working: discreet, considered introductions to the people who can genuinely say yes.
Not sure where you fit?Make an Introduction

You have a scheme, a track record and a funding gap. What you do not have is time to be introduced to twelve funders who were never going to say yes.
What they come to us for
Usually opens with a scheme, a timeline and a number.

You see more opportunities than you can assess and fewer than you would like that are genuinely relevant. We are paid to know the difference.
What they come to us for
Usually opens with a mandate and a set of exclusions.

Capital arrives with opinions attached. For a growing brand or trading business, whose opinions those are matters more than the size of the cheque.
What they come to us for
Usually opens with a growth plan and a bottleneck.

Accountants, solicitors and advisers whose clients need a connection outside their own network. Your relationship stays yours — we are introduced, not inserted.
What they come to us for
Usually opens with a client, not a transaction.
How it works
From the first conversation to a closed deal — seven stages, one team alongside you the whole way.
Criteria & Fees
Most introducers will not tell you this until you have already spent an hour on a call. It is quicker for both of us this way.

Why Astraessa
Not a list of services. The way we work, set down plainly enough that you can hold us to it.
Every name in the network is someone we have spoken to. Nothing is scraped, bought, or introduced sight unseen.
We would rather make two introductions that land than ten that fill a report. Volume is easy and it is not the job.
We introduce. We do not advise, negotiate, or hold funds. Knowing exactly where we stop is what makes us safe to talk to.
If our network is wrong for what you need, you will hear that in the first conversation rather than the fourth.
The UK and the UAE are not a list on a homepage. They are where the relationships actually are, built over years.
Nothing is shared with anyone until you have decided who you want to meet. No exceptions, and none needed.

All articlesQuestions
Including the two that matter most and get answered least: whether we are regulated, and how we get paid.
Still have a question?Ask us directlyNo, and our activity does not require it. We provide a pure introduction service: we do not advise, arrange finance, lend, or hold client funds, so FCA authorisation does not apply to what we do. Where an opportunity requires regulated investment, financial or fund-management services, those are undertaken by an appropriately authorised professional entity, and we will tell you who that is.
A fee of 3–5%, agreed in writing before any work begins. A small portion is due when we start; the remainder only once the deal completes. There are no listing fees, and where another party pays a fee, that is disclosed to you during the enquiry rather than after it.
Our range sits at roughly £100k to £1m. Below that, an introduction rarely justifies the process for either side. Above it, an institutional adviser will serve you better, and we would rather say so in the first conversation than take the meeting anyway.
It is used to answer you and nothing else. Nothing is shared with any third party until you have seen who we propose introducing you to and agreed to it. No details are circulated to a list, and there is no list.
A first response within two working days. Whether a relevant introduction exists depends entirely on what you need — sometimes within the week, sometimes not at all. We will not manufacture one to look busy.
The parties proceed independently. We do not negotiate terms, sit in on the transaction, or take a position in it. We are available if context helps, but the decision and the deal belong to the two parties involved.
