Consent on both sides
Nobody is introduced until both have agreed. Your details are never shared on the chance of interest.
About
We do not run a database and we do not sell lists. Every name we put forward is someone we know, and every introduction is one we would stand behind.
Our story
We are an introductions business, and nothing more complicated than that. We spend our time building and maintaining relationships across Real Estate, Trade & Commodities and Fashion & Consumer, in the UK and the UAE — so that when someone needs a connection, we already know whether we have it.
That is a slower way to work than running a database, and it is the only way the introduction is worth anything. A name we have not spoken to is not a contact; it is a guess with a phone number attached.
Astraessa was founded in 2026 on that idea: that the most valuable thing an introducer can offer is judgement about who should meet — and the discipline to say so only when it is true.
What we believe
We would rather make two introductions that land than ten that fill a report.
How we work
Set down plainly, so you can hold us to them.
Nobody is introduced until both have agreed. Your details are never shared on the chance of interest.
When an adviser brings us a client, the relationship stays theirs. We work alongside it, never around it.
Two or three people who have already said they are interested. Never a spreadsheet of names.
If our network is wrong for what you need, you hear it in the first conversation, not the fourth.
The difference
What changes when introductions are made by relationship rather than by volume.
| The usual approach | How we work | |
|---|---|---|
| Where names come from | Databases, purchased lists and scraped contacts. | People we know and have spoken to. Nothing bought, nothing scraped. |
| What you receive | A long list of names, and a deck sent to all of them. | Two or three named counterparts, each already interested in principle. |
| Your details | Circulated widely, often before you have agreed. | Shared with no one until you have seen who, and said yes. |
| Fit | Any deal, at any size, to keep the pipeline full. | £100k–£1m in our sectors — and a straight answer when it is not. |
| Fees | Retainers and listing fees, whatever the outcome. | 3–5%, agreed in writing, with the balance only on completion. |
| After the introduction | Pressure to proceed, and services bolted on. | The parties decide independently. We step back. |
