Process

From first conversation to closed deal.

Seven stages, one team alongside you the whole way. You always know where an introduction stands, what happens next, and what it costs.

The principle

An introduction is only as good as the preparation behind it, and the consent on both sides of it.

Step by step

What happens, and when.

The project cycle in detail. Most introductions move through every stage; some skip one when the groundwork is already done.

  1. Discover

We meet promising projects and businesses ready to raise, starting with a confidential conversation about the number, the purpose and the timing.

A first response within two working days

  2. Engage

If our network fits, we propose how we would work together and agree it in writing — the fee included.

A mutual NDA first, if you want one

  3. Presence

We make sure the project is ready to be seen: a clear requirement, credible materials and a polished presence online.

Days rather than months, for most projects

  4. Promote

We put the opportunity in front of the right audiences across the UK and UAE — without naming you.

    Your identity stays with us

  5. Qualify

Interest is filtered hard. Only the parties who genuinely fit, and have said they want to talk, go forward.

    Usually two or three

  6. Connect

With consent on both sides, we make the introductions and follow up closely to keep both moving.

Both sides agree before anyone meets

  7. Close

The parties agree terms directly and complete. We stay alongside until the deal is done, then step back.

The balance of our fee falls due here

Fees

How we are paid.

Our fee is 3–5% of the funding or deal value, agreed in writing before anything starts. A small portion is due when we begin work; the remainder only once the deal completes.

There are no listing fees. If another party pays us a fee in connection with your introduction, you will know about it during the enquiry, not after it.

Before we speak

What to have ready.

None of it is essential for a first conversation, but each one shortens the path to an introduction.

A clear number

How much you are raising, and why that amount rather than another.

A use of funds

What the money will do, in what order, and what it changes.

A timeline

When you need it, and what happens if it arrives later.

The evidence

Accounts for a business; an appraisal, planning position and build cost for a scheme.
