It is used to answer you and nothing else. Nothing is shared with any third party until you have seen who we propose introducing you to and agreed to it. No details are circulated to a list, and there is no list.
No. We describe the opportunity to them without naming you. If they are interested, we tell you who they are, and an introduction is made only once both sides have said yes.
Yes. If your requirement is sensitive, we will sign a mutual NDA before you share anything detailed. Most first conversations do not need one — they are about whether we can help at all.
No, and our activity does not require it. We provide a pure introduction service: we do not advise, arrange finance, lend, or hold client funds, so FCA authorisation does not apply to what we do. Where an opportunity requires regulated investment, financial or fund-management services, those are undertaken by an appropriately authorised professional entity, and we will tell you who that is.
